Simply the finest actor organization I have ever seen. I have been a guest speaker many times and have found talented actors who have eventually become clients of mine.

Hello everybody! I am breaking from my normal blog style and content to recommend a specific show.

Ann Randolph is a brilliant and inspiring performer. When I say ‘inspiring’, I mean inspiring to us (fellow performers) (in addition to general audiences). She embodies the kind of fearlessness and creativity that we strive for as solo performers, and is a thrilling example of what is possible in solo theater –unexpected writing, powerful characterizations, and innovative staging.

When I speak in my blogs about ‘commitment’ (on stage, to your writing, to your characters), this is what I’m talking about. Working on my own shows, I waste a lot of time worrying, “Am I allowed to do xyz? What if it’s too different? What is acceptable theater form?” Seeing Ann’s show, all that was washed away, because she shows what is possible when you are fully committed and passionate about your work. When I saw her, I saw a new vision of what is possible for solo performers and I was fueled for my own show. I believe she will fuel you, too. Details below.
